This website is operated by Jessica Milum. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Jessica Milum. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Products & Services
All pieces are handcrafted and may vary slightly in form, finish, and dimension. These variations are inherent to the making process and are not considered defects. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate product information, however we do not guarantee that descriptions or pricing are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders if necessary.

Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified and refunded in full.

Payment
Payments must be received in full before an order is processed. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors once the package has been dispatched. Any applicable duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted and one-of-a-kind nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review product details carefully and reach out with any questions prior to purchasing.

Custom Work & Commissions
Custom and commissioned pieces are final sale and non-refundable. Timelines, design details, and pricing will be agreed upon prior to production. Once work has begun, changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs.

Workshops
Workshop registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops; in such cases, participants will be notified and offered a refund or alternative date.

Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images, text, and designs, is the property of Jessica Milum and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. All products should be used and cared for appropriately.

Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
